RSAT includes AD users, Print Management, DNS, etc,. Note, only run RSAT from a secure server. Do not run these tools from your workstation.
I also recommend that admins use the “runas /netonly” command switch.
This method ensures that programs start from a network logon instead of an interactive logon. In other words, the administrator credentials are not stored in memory.
